Tuition will be paid through the FACTS program. The Indiana Choice Scholarship program was established in 2011 to provide every Indiana student access to the school that best meets their learning needs. The Choice Scholarship program provides qualified students scholarships to offset tuition costs at a non-public school of their choice.

With the passing of Universal Choice by the state legislature, the 2026-2027 Indiana Choice Scholarship will require each student to submit an application and proof of residency in order to receive the Choice Scholarship. Roncalli will use a Google form application and secure Dropbox for this.

Options for proof of residency (for both parents) include:

1. 1040 for 2025 or 2024 (tax return)
2. Driver’s license, state ID or passport
3. Utility Bills (within 90 days)
4. Mortgage or Lease 

If a student does not live in the same household with both parents, the parent with primary custody will need to provide the divorce decree or custody paperwork in addition to the above document.

WHEN WILL THE TUITION RATE BE DETERMINED?
Each year’s tuition rate will be announced as soon as possible. Once the new tuition rate is announced, tuition statements will be sent out.  After reviewing the tuition statement, families will have the opportunity to make changes by contacting Ann Marsicek.

FAMILY ENGAGEMENT AND STEWARDSHIP POLICY
In order to qualify for the Active Parishioner tuition rate, families must meet the criteria listed in our School Family Stewardship and Engagement Policy.  Engagement activities will be reviewed periodically.

FACTS ACCOUNTS
Existing school FACTS accounts will be rolled over to the next school year. Instead of setting up a new agreement, the system will roll over your current preferences in order to make payments in the new school year.  Families will have the opportunity to make changes after reviewing their account by contacting Ann Marsicek. Options for paying tuition include: paying in full by July 31st, paying semi-annually, or what is most common - paying over 10 months. 

PAYING TUITION IN FULL
Families that wish to pay in full or make a down payment are asked to use the FACTS system. Families need to create a FACTS account in order to make a onetime payment. You will not be charge by FACTS if you are making a one time payment and use a bank account to fund the payment. Using a credit card is an option – but be aware that you will also be charged a service fee for using a credit card. All one time payments must be made by July 31.
