Prospective Students in Grades 1-8
To apply to enroll students in grades 1-8, we ask all prospective families to contact Mrs. Kelly Kuntz at 317-784-6828 Ext: 1238. A member of the administration team will discuss with you steps necessary for application and schedule a school tour. This can be done anytime between October and January. Arrangements can also be made for prospective students to shadow current Raiders and experience life at St. Jude.
Families interested in pursuing enrollment at St. Jude should call the school office to begin the application process. During this call, we will collect some basic information and schedule a tour with our principal. The following items are required to complete your enrollment application:
- Most recent AND previous year report card, including attendance records and behavior comments from teachers
- Most recent standardized test score (ILEARN, IREAD, NWEA, etc.)
- Email addresses for two current teachers
- Schedule a school tour (students are welcome, but not required to tour)
- Copy of IEP, ISP, or ILP (if applicable)
Open enrollment for new families will begin at the end of January, following our re-enrollment period. Only families with completed applications will be considered for enrollment during this time.
Acceptance for enrollment is based upon available space and enrollment priorities as defined by the Family Stewardship Policy outlined in the Parent Handbook.

Prospective Kindergarten Students
Incoming Kindergarten families are invited to attend a Kindergarten Parent Meeting that takes place in January of each school year. Information will be shared about the KG program as well as how families enroll their KG student.
It is not necessary for families for prospective KG students to tour or provide all application documents prior to the KG Parent Meeting.
Enrollment is based upon available space and enrollment priorities as defined by the Family Stewardship Policy outlined in the Parent Handbook.
Re-Enrollment for all Current St. Jude Students
Our re-enrollment paperwork is sent home with students in January of each year. This paperwork must be completed and turned in to the school office with the re-enrollment fee by the January deadline. Failure to complete this process by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your child's spot.
