Teachers

Mrs. Martha Buckel takes care of morning K-Care in Room 16.  She attended the University of Indianapolis majoring in Business.  Mrs. Buckel has five children and enjoys running, exercising, and gardening in any spare time.  Mrs. Buckel feels that the kindergarteners "keep her young!"

Mrs. Kim Elam teaches morning kindergarten in Room 15.  This will be her second year teaching at St. Jude.  She attended the University of Cincinnati for a degree in Elementary and Special Education.  Mrs. Elam has three children and two cats.  She enjoys scrapbooking in any free time.  Mrs. Elam enjoys "seeing the joy on a child's face when they have achieved a goal."

Mrs. Donna Rudolf teaches afternoon K-Care in Room 16.  She began teaching at St. Jude in 2000.  Mrs. Rudolf attended I.U.P.U.I for a degree in Elementary Education with an endorsement in kindergarten.  She enjoys hiking with her two dogs, antinquing, and collecting model horses.  Mrs. Rudolf enjoys "working with children and watching them grow and develop in their learning."

Mrs. Charolotte Schutz teaches afternoon kindergarten in Room 15.  She has been teaching for fifteen years.  Mrs. Schutz attended the University of Evansville for a degree in Special Education.  Along with spending time with her two children, she enjoys reading, gardening, and shopping.  Mrs. Schutz "loves working with kids."
